Wellness to Well-Being Value Proposition

Are you taking care of your most important asset... Your employees?

While the concept of taking care of your employees has remained a constant, how it is accomplished and how we measure its impact is changing. The previous emphasis of only offering programming around physical health has shifted to a more holistic approach looking at the full person. These changes include programming and resources offered in all the dimensions of wellness including Emotional, Mental, Social, Physical, and Financial.

The value proposition for wellness is also expanding. Previously, looking at economic return (ROI) and improvement of health risks were the main way to show success. Now, understanding and measuring the impact on a wider range of areas such as employee engagement, productivity, retention and recruitment are also being included in a more comprehensive evaluation.

Regardless of where you fall on the continuum of change from Wellness to Well-Being, the good news is this; FABOH can assist you in developing a strategy that meets you where you are at. Below is a list of resources that are available to FABOH members at no cost. For more information and/or assistance with how to use these to develop your Wellness/Well-being strategy, please contact Jeff Butz at 920-924-3780 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
