You can search our database of doctors using several methods.
- To search by Provider, click the Provider button. Use the drop down box to locate
your
doctor’s name. You can also type the first letters of their last name.
- To search by City & Facility, click the City & Facility button. Using
the drop down box select
a State, wait for the City drop down box to fill and choose
the appropriate city. Then choose
the Facility you would like to visit. All doctors
participating will be listed.
- To search by Specialty, click the Specialty button. Using the drop down box, select
the specialty
you are looking for. All doctors and facilities participating will
be listed.
